Each team gets to manage a production line in a soft drink bottling factory, both for direct and contracted customers. The goal is to obtain the highest profitability through a smart management of the inventory and the production capacity.
COURSES IN WHICH THE SODAPOP GAME IS USED:
Students and players will manage a bottling factory. They would have to input and manage the size of the order (Q) and the reorder point (R), decide how many machines to buy and keep active, and accept or reject a sales contract. They would be able to make decisions based on data, analyzing demand, cash flow, stock of finished products and raw materials.
