Each team manages a production line in a soft drink bottling factory, for both direct and contracted customers. The goal is to obtain the highest profitability through a smart management of the inventory and the production capacity.

Students will be required to manage a bottling factory. They will have to manage the size of the order Q and the reorder point R, decide how many machines to buy and keep active, and accept or reject a sales contract. They will be able to make decisions based on data, analyzing demand, cash flow, stock of finished products and raw materials.
