Negotiation Game

In this simulation each player represents a shipping company. The challenge is to obtain the greatest savings by forming alliances between one or more players. Once an alliance is established, the companies must negotiate how to distribute the savings and reach an agreement before the time runs out.

The simulation consists of 3 stages, each with a higher level of complexity. Students will have to make two decisions at each stage: with whom to form an alliance and how to distribute the savings from the alliance.
