Students will experience the challenges of running a distribution center for a week, in just 90 minutes. The main challenge in this simulation is to achieve the goals of reception and dispatch at the lowest possible cost.

During the simulation, each team will manage a distribution center for one week.
They will make at least three decisions per simulated day: define the number of workers hired, assign and reassign workers in different areas of the distribution center, and prioritize areas in the workflow.
